This property is located approximately 6 miles from Central Red Bluff on Highway 36W in the desirable Oak Knoll Subdivision. This is a corner lot with paved road frontage and nice homes in the area.  There is a dirt road access to the upper part of the lot. A horse is allowed and there are easements for riding.
